Meditation
I would describe meditation as the coming home to oneself and coming home to Source/Life/God
Whatever a persons belief may be. Meditation is a Universal practice.
Many people find it difficult to contemplate a meditation practice in their lives as they feel they must stop their thoughts.
This is a misconception.
When we are present and aware then we are in fact in a meditative state.
If we sit and in a focus or present moment awareness of something, then we are meditating. An easy way for many is to sit and focus on the breath.
When i facilitate a meditation group my only goal is to bring the group into a greater awareness of themselves in Body, Mind, and Spirit(Heart)
This creates empowerment and overall a deeper sense of wellbeing.
